Staffed by expert professionals, the studio offers open work-tables, individual instruction, classes, and private event space for community use at no cost. The studio�s unique platform of pride is found in its dedication to giving back to the community with a policy of donating 10% of each sale to one of the participating Non-Profit Organizations.

Job Description:
Part-time position during our business hours Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm. Some evenings required for special events. Please send your availability with your resume.
Greet and give excellent customer service to every guest, every time
Provide expert advice on jewelry components, techniques, designing and gemstones.
Suggest selling to help the customer have the best experience
Enthusiastic with positive attitude, see the glass as half full
Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Able to remain calm and multi-task in a busy retail environment
Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
Solid math, verbal and written communications skills
The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Seek jewelry design, gemstone and product knowledge to build your expertise
Work with the team to keep the sales floor customer ready filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaning
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of retail experience
Willingness and desire to learn
Positive attitude
Time management skills
Works well with others
Beading/Jewelry making experience required. Gemstone knowledge helpful.
Must be technologically savvy and knowledgeable.
Good at troubleshooting and problem solving.
Making connections with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options.
Participate in monthly staff meetings.
Social media knowledge and experience (Post on social media daily)
Can lift minimum of 50 lbs.
Available some nights for special events
Must be in-town during the entire month of December
Valid Driver�s license
Reliable transportation
