Pacific Home Buyers is a California based real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring homes and properties in all 50 states -- we work with sellers that have homes in pre-foreclosure status, tax delinquent status, distressed status, or that are vacant by providing fair cash offers and handling the closing process.
We are seeking 2-3 part time commission sales reps that can fit 15-20 hours per week of sales calling into their schedule. Reps will be paid $500 to $1000 per closed deal on a home contract. This position is perfect for a self-starting hustler who can dedicate the requested amount of time not only for generating closing leads, but that also wants to learn about real estate investment, wholesaling, rental buy and holds, etc.
*This is a remote position -- no in-office or local work required
*College credit offered if necessary documents provided to confirm with your college or university
-Computer (Laptop or Desktop)
-Cell Phone (Bluetooth headset preferred, not required)
-Google Voice (will help set up for your agent account)
-Intermediate to advanced skills with Google Drive (particularly Spreadsheets)
-Strong communication and sales skills (training will be provided for our sales process)
-MUST be able to make calls up to 15-20 hours per week (we will tailor hours around your schedule)
