JOB SUMMARY: It is the duty of all Food Service Team Members to assit in achieving the standards of the Elitch Gardens food and beverage program in a range of stands.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring that guest satisfaction is at all times the focus of each stand
• Maintain proper attendance and promptness.
• Maintain proper grooming.
• Properly operate cash registers and/or aprons in accordance with cash handling policy.
• May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
• Ensuring that all food equipment is properly used and cared for.
• Maintaining the storage and production of food so that it adheres to food safety practices
• Maintaining a guest ready environment which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment
• Keeping food preperation areas clean and organized
• Ensuring that cooking projections are adhered to
