Job Summary

The Driver/Warehouse (DW) is a part-time position responsible for the general driving and upkeep of the warehouse area. General upkeep includes, but not limited to, the following duties: The pickup and delivery of all Client work, Organization of all jobs in warehouse (pending and completed), removal/destruction/recycling of completed jobs, loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries, maintaining, ordering, filling orders, and organizing our inventoried supplies. In addition, the Driver/Warehouse will be responsible for assisting with Vehicle and Building maintenance. If possible, the DW will help with upkeep on the company grounds (e.g., shoveling walk, watering lawn, etc.) and any other position deemed necessary. Part-time position: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.�

Role, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions include the following, but not limited to:

Pickup and delivery of all client work.
Clean, maintain and organize the warehouse and all MSI vehicles.
Meeting delivery deadlines.
Following the best practices for safety, both on the road, warehouse, and while loading and unloading cargo.
Load/unload all deliveries (incoming or outgoing).
Monitor and execute the removal/destruction/recycling of all completed jobs.
Organize, monitor, maintain, and order Mountain States� inventoried supplies.
Fill customers� orders (including packing and shipping).
Track supplies and relay information to operations department.
Building upkeep, maintenance, and repairs.
Keep an accurate log of work done through the computerized custom tracking system.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have a valid DL and a current clean DMV report from the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles.
High School diploma or GED.
Must be able to complete and pass the following: a ten-panel drug screening, Federal, and State background checks.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.�
General PC skills and experience with on-line ordering systems.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Working Conditions

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Occasionally: Extended days, odd shift/weekends. Plus, out of town/state trips.

Frequently: Isolation from most employees, driving.

Constantly: Lifting/moving/carrying up to 70 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The team member must occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
