VOY glasses is a leading company in the field of tunable lens technology and products for VR/AR and eyewear. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Intern) to join our team and help us to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The intern will work closely with the customer service lead, sales, marketing and R&D team to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting with shipping and handling, including tracking orders and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
* Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer service strategies and campaigns.
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, complaints, and issues.
* Providing regular updates to the customer service lead on customer service metrics and key performance indicators.
* Participating in customer service training and development programs.
* Helping to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management skills
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of VR/AR and eyewear industry is a plus
* Experience in customer service is a plus

Education and Experience:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
