Remote Customer Service positions are available to:

Requirements :

Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S

Internet connection and Windows 10 Computer/Apple Computer

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Customer service experience

Computer literacy, Strong oral and verbal communication



Responsibilities:

Remain Kind and empathetic to a customer's needs

Assess problems and provide solutions

Document details of calls and customer interactions

Service 90% of the hours you schedule

Compensation: Hourly Rates usually vary from $13-$18 an hour.

Some people focus on compensation rates, others because a company is open 24/7, and they can earn overnight.


Summary: You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your hourly paycheck is entirely up to you. It is not dependent on sales or commission.
