Looking for an experienced prep/line cook for real wood fired, brick oven pizza restaurant. Experience in making sauces, doughs, pasta dishes, and cooking in a wood fired oven are preferred. Weekend and evening availability a must. Kitchen ServSafe Certification preferred but not required. 5-6 evening shifts a week. Approx 35 hours.
