Operating for over three years, Pedego Santa Rosa is located in the fast-growing community of Santa Rosa CA. Located downtown, it is at the crossroads of fun and adventure and is the newest Pedego Bike location to open in Downtown. It is a high volume, full service Pedego location offering Sales, Demo, Rental and Pedego Service/Repair, and is part of a rapidly growing network of Pedego stores located across the country.
Qualifications:
Willingness to adapt your sales, service and repair skills to our Pedego customer experience
Excellent communication skills & attention to detail are a huge plus
1 year of bike mechanic work including customer facing responsibilities
Familiar with Email, Excel, web-based POS
Experience with electric bikes is a bonus
Must be willing to be on feet and moving for full shift
Be able to legally drive a company vehicle in California (including insurance requirements)
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
· Embrace the sales and service culture & deliver exceptional service to all customers & employees
· Facilitate bike all aspects of Pedego Bike service and repair
· Communicate and follow up with our guests and deliver the best-in-class Pedego service and repair experience
· Accurate customer data base recording and updating
· Cleanliness and organization of back shop area
· Teach Basic bike inspection, cleaning and adjustments to owners and employees
· Support and engage in the local POG (Pedego Owners Group)
· Assist with bike service scheduling and drop off/pick ups
· Accurate use of store POS and Inventory systems
· Open and close the location as scheduled
· Attend product knowledge & sales training sessions
· Contribute to store social media efforts and campaigns
· Follow all guidelines for a safe work environment
Other information:
20-30 hours/week
Part-time with more potential as business grows
Reports to Owner
Compensation includes hourly rate (based on experience) along with bonuses and incentives. Better than industry pay for the right candidate wo can finish jobs independently.
