Part-Time Administrative Assistant/File Clerk Needed for Law Firm
Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. / $12/hr

Reputable, growing boutique law firm seeks part-time Administrative Assistant/File Clerk for following job duties:

-Answering phones in professional manner
-Case File Management and Updating
-Administrative filing
-Assisting paralegals with preparing documents for mailing
-Keeping office clean and organized
-Maintaining and ordering office supplies
-Confirming client appointments
-Preparing for client meetings and depositions including organization of conference room and refreshments
-Social Media/Website/Marketing assistance

Prior legal filing experience preferred. Looking for someone with professional appearance, excellent communication skills, good organization skills, strong work ethic, and a friendly, motivated personality.

Bachelor or Associate’s degree preferred.

Opportunity for advancement to legal assistant/ secretary as legal experience grows.

Firm is located in newly renovated offices in Glendale near courthouse.

Skills: Proficient in Wordperfect, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Knowledgeable in social media for marketing tasks.
