Correspond with members, and potential Franchisees by email and phone.
Prepare files, reports, letters, memos, and other documents.
File, organize, shred, dispose company documents, supplies and misc. needed items.
Skills;
Highly Organized
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Dropbox, software, office machines, scanners copiers, etc...
Fluent in Spanish a plus,
Self motivated, fast learner, diplomatic, personable and adept to managing sensitive situations.
Can be flexible with hours and changing school schedules.
$15/hour
