ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to the work the front desk at our clinic. This would include administrative duties, phone and face-to-face communications with patients. Exceptional computer skills, highly efficient and a fast learner is a must.

Job Type: Part-time growing into Full Time Mon-Fri, some Sat 20-40 hours a week.

Compensation:Competitive hourly wage (based on experience $19-$25)
Responsibilities and Duties
Run the front desk reception and administrative duties
Communicate with clients and patients via email and phone
Scheduling, on-boarding new clients, manage scheduling software.
Filing, shipping, copies, confirmation calls.
Open, close and clean the clinic
Support administrative needs of Doctors and Health Coaches
Be the first bright, lively, engaging impression of each new client
Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Drive
Fast learning for online platforms Highly Organized and Efficient. This is a must! A passion for natural wellness and desire to see people change their lives by improving their health.
