Teaching Intern
Teaching Intern

OVERVIEW
Temple Beth Shalom Children’s Center interns play a key role, setting the tone by valuing each child and family as individuals. By modeling responsibility, welcoming, and caring, interns foster children’s Jewish identity and support children and their families as they learn and develop. Working under the direct supervision of lead teachers, interns have a desire to learn and grow in their own teaching practice. Teachers and interns work together to develop the classroom pedagogy to provide a quality educational program reflecting the goals and values of the school.
