In this role, you will help and coordinate with the National Marketing Brand Manager, to manage several areas of marketing, to develop world-class marketing systems, create innovative and effective creatives and utilize analytics to determine marketing strategies and or campaigns. This role will also be responsible for maintaining and helping with day-to-day franchisee support requests and concerns. This role will help with many different areas of marketing as needed and must be open to flexibility within marketing duties.

Brand creative campaign execution
Maintain and coordinate corporate social media postings and strategies with the National Marketing Brand Manager.
Help and coordinate day-to-day support tasks for locations with the National Marketing Brand Manager
Coordinate digital and national social strategy with the National Marketing Brand Manager and third party digital partner.
Ability to analyze industry data, consumer research and competitive initiatives to help develop marketing strategies, especially pertaining to local markets.
Ability to quickly understand the spavia system, vision, mission, services, products, and brand positioning.
Help creative development, including advertising creative and copy, to motivate the target market.
Ability to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, as well as assess and interpret ROI and KPIs to the National Marketing Brand Manager and senior leadership.
Help prepare Google slide presentations for training, promotion and meetings as requested.
Help facilitate and coordinate marketing campaigns to include, but not limited to, gift card design, print, web, email campaigning, social media, seasonal, graphics, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
Ability to research the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design and marketing to provide insight to the National Marketing Brand Manager and senior leadership.
Ability to effectively and independently manage social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
Excellent multi-tasker and organizational abilities
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Team player and great interpersonal skills
Intermediate knowledge and experience with Google suite and Google analytics
High energy, detail oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently, as well as on team assignments
WordPress and Adobe knowledge a plus
Prior blogging experience a plus
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program required, preferably in 3rd or 4th year of education
Must be looking to earn college credit for internship
This internship begins May 2019 through August 2019 with approximately 15 hours of work a week. This position is based at Spavia’s national headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.
