Being able to communicate with respect with players, parents, coaching staff, officials, and administrators is a critical part of the job.
2.- Teach Soccer Fundamentals
When teaching a sport such as soccer, you must remember it's just a game and you want to be sure your players have fun.
3.- Teach Soccer Rules
Introduce soccer rules and incorporate them into your instruction. Many rules can be taught in the first practice, during the course of game like activities and small-sided games. Review the rules any time an opportunity arises in practice.
4.- Provide a Safe Environment
Soccer is a risky game to some extent, but as a personcoaching youth socceryou're responsible for regularly inspecting the practice, game field, and equipment to ensure they're in working order.
5.- You must a practice plan designated for U6 to U10 kids.
6.- Be on time. (15 minutes before the practice starts so you can organize it). No excuses.
