Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst who will be in charge of building and managing the recurring and ad-hoc reporting and analysis relating to Sales efforts from a strategic, financial and operational perspective. This role will be the right hand of our CEO and have major influence on Sales strategic initiatives. This includes monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing initiatives as they relate to our goals of mid to large business growth and customer expansion. You will also assist with managing the tools and systems that are essential for our sales process, including CRM process improvements. This position will support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting, operations, calculate marketing ROI and act as A/R and A/P.

• Advanced Excel skills (experience building models and using formulas such as INDEX MATCH MATCH, Pivot tables, Vlookup...)
• BS/BA degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 1-2 years experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or Accounting.
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to scrub and clean data to then use for recurring or ad-hoc reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to assimilate multiple inputs into a cohesive output that is easily explained and defended.
• High proficiency on QuickBooks: tracking inventory, calculating GM, generating sales reports.
• EDI knowledge a plus but not required.
• Sales Rapport.

Responsibilities
This position has several responsibilities:
1. Sales Analysis: This includes monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing initiatives as they relate to our goals of mid to large business growth and customer expansion. You will also assist with managing the tools and systems that are essential for our sales process, including CRM process improvements. This position will support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting, operations, calculate marketing ROI.
2. A/R: Process incoming POs through EDI system and track trade spent.
3. A/P: Create, process & pay purchase orders thru QuickBooks, Coupon management & Payroll.
4. Logistics & Operations: Be the point of contact for our operations partners and track inventory.
Hours: 20 - 25 hours Monday – Thursday
