Erecruit provides enterprise class solutions. There are 140 firms in the US with over $100M in revenue that are targets for Erecruit. ~60 of these companies are already customers.
Inertia – Staffing companies that already have legacy systems are oftentimes complacent with what they have. While the software costs of running the legacy systems is low, the opportunity costs of making the move to Erecruit is very high. This project is to create ROI calculators that can show potential customers the tremendous gains that they can make in both improving revenue and substantially reducing costs by employing the Erecruit solutions. ROI calculator assumptions need to based on actual Erecruit user data.
Identifying the KPIs to track across our customers (time to fill, fill rates, fill rates per recruiter, reduction in back office staff, etc. ~5 key, <10 total – per product/Erecruit Solution).
• Mining customer data from Erecruit d/b.

o To validate the customer data from the d/b
o To create metrics for information that is not in the customer d/b (ex. reduction in back office staff as a result of the use of Erecruit.
Analyzing the data, and using the metrics to build ROI calculators for the different erecruit solutions

The Successful Candidate Qualifications
• Marketing focus with strong analytics capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and web survey technology
• Available at least 10 hours per week
