This is a phone and / or face-to face prospecting role, we are looking for individuals who want to develop sales skills, and be the voice of our brand. Desire to become an Agent is a plus. Unlimited earning potential in this role, as you advance.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
Understand potential client needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Agent for further development and closure
Achieve monthly quotas
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Contact our existing clients and ask them if they are ready to buy/sell real estate
Fun / Positive demeanor
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience cold calling
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and overcome objections
Strong work ethic, great attitude, and an ability to be a team player
