The New School is a growing media company with big ambitions. We are on a mission to help people find their passions and turn them into meaningful careers, and the podcast is just the start. As we move into the next stage of development, we are assembling a group of top like-minded people who want to make an impact. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills who is good at wearing many hats. You will play a pivotal role in the identity of The New School and will be the glue tying together the host, guests, editing team, and marketing team.
What You’ll Be Working On:
-Work with the host and other producers to brainstorm ways to develop content that matters to the target -audience
-Work with the host, other producers, and editing team to design content and format for our podcast episodes
-Work with the host and head talent booker to research and identify a list of potential guests and provide support and creative ways to reach them
-Work with the marketing team to drive awareness of The New School brand and podcast to our target audience
-Effectively manage and communicate across all stakeholders
