Local established contractor is looking to expand their sales force. Full-time & part-time positions are available.
• Previous experience is a plus, but is not required for position (training provided)
• Must be able to carry/climb ladders
• Must have, or provide own transportation and some equipment
• Consistently meet or exceed quota for new business
• Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Must be a team player working closely with operations, and representatives from other business units
• Must be available for minor travel
• Willing to go door to door
• Professional appearance, integrity, self-sufficient and self-motivated.
• Current technology (smart phone, I-pad, laptop, etc.).
• Ability to self generate (referrals from leads we provide, etc.).
• Ability to manage a deal from the initial inspection, assisting in filing claim, meeting with the adjuster and receiving final payment.
