Full Job Description
Seeking for a Office Administrator to work on site with. NO prior experience is needed!
We are:
A Mortgage brokerage with Top Producing Mortgage Loan Originators. We work in a very fast paced environment.
We are looking for:
To be Qualified:
Must be able to understand, read and TYPE Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Must be patient and willing to learn
Must have excellent organizational skills
Detail Oriented
Friendly, Warm Personality
Able to multitask, flexible, teamplayer, and customer oriented person.

Duties
Make Calls and Answer Phone for Company
Office duty : file scanning, labeling and etc
Assist Supervisor and other teams for normal office duties and paperwork
Send out emails, alerts and reminders to clients and members of the team
Send out Full Package of Loan Document to Borrowers
Gather / Organize (PDF)/ Label documents from either Wechat/ Emails/ hand delivered into Group Folder for Respective Transaction
Translate phrases ( on demand) from English to Chinese Send out to clients
Occasionally Update on ------------ when you receive the document from client

Schedule
It can be either Part time or Full Time
We have multi shifts and position openings
