Marketing Intern
Verasonics, the leader in research ultrasound, is hiring a Marketing Intern!
We have an immediate opportunity for an amazing Marketing Intern to join our team! To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a knack for analyzing/mining data. An interest in engineering is a plus. This is a full-time summer internship, with the potential to work part-time (10-20 hours/week) immediately!
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and analyze reports to determine sales opportunities
*Collaborate with team to communicate campaign objectives, planning, timelines, and provide instructions on use or promotion
*Collaborate with marketing team to define and create personas for target market segments
*Create value propositions for products
*Support the creation of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads
*Create marketing content for website or social media
Requirements:
*Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
*Ability to summarize and communicate important data
*Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel; CRM experience a plus (not required)
*Solid problem solving and organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
*Ability to think and act strategically and tactically, and deal with ambiguity
*Background or interest in engineering desired
