Marketing Intern
Breakthrough Smash Room is seeking a Part time, highly creative Marketing Intern with a strong appetite for learning who is not afraid to experiment with new ideas!
Founded in 2021, Breakthrough Smash Room (“BSR") is the newest venture of serial entrepreneur and Angel Investor, Vincent Serpico and partner Melissa Serpico. From the beginning BSR’s founders set forth with the overriding goal of providing the ultimate Smash Room experience where customers can relieve stress by breaking things for fun or actual therapy facilitated by licensed therapists helping individuals and small groups.
Working on-site 20-30 hours per week, mostly nights and weekends this Marketing Intern will play a key role in taking the company’s entire Marketing Strategy to the next level!
Primary Responsibilities:
* Posting on social media – TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
* Sorting through the Company’s video footage for content and executing social media campaigns
* Coming up with new ideas for creating and distributing content
* Finding & attending events for Breakthrough to sponsor and/or attend to promote the business
Not only will this Internship be an opportunity to impact Breakthrough Smash Room’s Marketing Strategy, the candidate selected for this role has the opportunity to meet business contacts tapped into the who’s who of Arizona’s most successful early stage start-up ventures throughout the Phoenix Metro Area and beyond.
