Who We Are Looking For:
Incapsulate is searching for a Marketing Intern to assist in the development of a new company-wide marketing plan.
You will help to increase our voice and presence in the market as we seek to grow our brand presence as well as attract new clients and talent. You will be eager to promote Incapsulate’s value proposition to employees, partners, current, and potential clients. One is not expected to already know the nuanced details of what we do and how we do it, but open and excited to learn about its value – then help us in communicating it.
Support the development and implement marketing strategies to build the Incapsulate brand with the ultimate goal of attracting clients and talent
Assist in the design of multiple strategies for our products Go To Market
Provide reports on key performance indicators
Provide financial analysis of each Go To Market strategy
Plan and support sponsorship/attendance at relevant industry events and conferences (includes planning and management of our own events)
Manage website content and social media presence (e.g, Twitter, Instagram) to include postings, blogs and more to engage with followers and drive connections
Assist in the development of a targeting data strategy, content strategy, co-sell strategy, and key account strategy.
Support and attend various marketing events
Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, particularly in the enterprise technology industry.
Preferred experience marketing products
Experience working with Public Sector or State, Local and Education (SLED) agencies is highly desired
Experience with various content development/management tools (e.g., Wordpress, Adobe InDesign) and ability to quickly learn new tools
Experience or aptitude to learn majority of the following: Event Management, Enterprise Sales, Basic Cost-Benefit Analysis, Metrics Development & Analysis Financial Modeling, Content Writing, PR Writing, Podcast Development, Public Speaking, and Application Demonstration.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
A hunger for working in a fast-paced, agile environment, and thirst to learn
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred. Ideally currently in a Masters program.
