Marketing Assistant

ANIX VALVE is seeking for qualified candidates to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is an internship position with flexible working hours or full-time position working from our safe office environment with strict COVID-19 precaution protocol in place. This position will provide career advancement opportunity.

PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in digital and online marketing through channels such as search engines, emails, directories and websites to reach out to prospective customers.
Assist in implementation of email marketing campaigns.
Assist in Search Engine Optimization. (SEO)
Data entry and update information system.
Design and edit marketing/ product literatures and pictures.
Provide accurate and timely reports and other information as required by management.
Assist in sales and office administrative works.
Special projects or assignments on an as-needed basis.

REQUIREMENT:

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel required.
Comfortable to work independently in small team working environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills is a plus.
Graphics design, Adobe and Power Point skill sets.
CAD and Photographic skill set is a plus.
