Law Clerk
Prefer 2nd Year law student that is able to work part-time in our Santa Ana office. Our company primarily collects judicial judgments. While most of our judgments are California civil judgments, we also have criminal restitution, equalization judgments in Family law, some matters in Probate Court and number of cases in the Federal Courts including bankruptcy.
Position reports directly to the General Counsel. Duties will include preparation of applicable legal forms and e-filing both in state as well as federal. Calendaring, legal research, motion preparation and likely an opportunity to accompany general counsel to court and assist on days where the calendar is packed and possibly conduct some debtors exams.
