IT Talent Sourcer – Internship - Start Date June 1st
Compensation: Hourly + Bonus
Location: Coconut Creek, Florida
(This position can be part time and remote after 3 months)
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team to manage the first stage of the recruiting process.
Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles in the Technology space, we'd like to speak with you.
Ultimately, you will proactively identify work on our client's hiring needs and help us to help them fill their vacancies with qualified employees and or consultants.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ask for referrals at all times
Promote our brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Requirements - Plusses and or Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role – Strong PLUS, not a must
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social , platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) - PLUS
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) – Merely a PLUS
Solid verbal and written communication skills – ABSOLUTE MUST
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates via phone, text or email – ABSOLUTE MUST
