Preferred Qualifications

1. Excellent writing skills (a Communications major preferred) and demonstrated ability to write for different audiences and channels

2. An interest in consumer decision-making and behavior

3. A love of all things data

Job Responsibilities

1. Create content for U.S. News� social platforms and media releases

2. Analyze and report on content performance

3. Identify appropriate outlets for specific content types and industries

4. Work with the team to develop and execute communication strategies surrounding major brand rankings launches, such as Best Hospitals and Best Colleges


Minimum Requirements:

Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
Part-time or full-time students who are rising juniors or seniors and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university

Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university

May 2022 graduate (Summer Interns Only)
Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite and Google Docs
3.0 GPA or above preferred
Summer Intern Program Description:

10 weeks; ideally, starting on Monday, June 6 through Friday, August 12
We expect interns to work 37.5 hours/week, Monday- Friday
All interns are paid $15.20/hour
