Sportsman’s Supply began in 1968 and is multi-channel distributor operating a warehousing facility out of a 100,000+ square foot facility in Fenton, Missouri housing thousands of SKUs. Our sales staff professionally services over 6,000 dealers in all 50 states of the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Sportsman’s Supply is one of the largest distributors of top of the line brand name fishing, ice fishing, hunting, archery, optics, marine electronics, marine accessories, camping, and water sports products. We are consistently striving to bring to our dealers the latest and greatest products coming out in the marketplace.

Our primary focus is assisting in the growth of e-commerce businesses, along with independent retailers and regional chain operations in which we serve.

Marketplace Rev began in 2018, and is a division of Sportsman’s Supply. Marketplace Rev provides pre-launch product, identity and channel analysis, life-cycle marketplace strategy and launch guidance followed by long term support to evolving eCommerce brands.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for an opportunity to join a fast growing team within an e-commerce environment? Sportsman’s Supply is hiring a Graphic Design Intern for our Marketplace Rev division. We seek someone with exceptional graphic design skills and a passion for the current trends in Digital Marketing and print to join our Marketing team.

JOB DUTIES
Gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
Help brainstorm, conceptualize and create designs that will be produced online and in print
Develop engaging designs and layouts in a variety of mediums including web graphics and banners, online advertisements, flyers, posters, brochures, infographics and other marketing materials as needed
Implement and manage brand standards within their creative designs based off of the brand’s guidelines
Work with cross-functional teams to review content marketing, merchandising strategy, and social media marketing
Identify ways to build brand image while building revenue and commercial impact

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Coordination with internal departments and maintenance (95%)
Coordination with Client for technical processes (5%)

REQUIREMENTS:
College student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media/Web Design, eCommerce or related field, or recent Graduate
A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design that clearly illustrates your ideas and concepts (print or website)
Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and flexible
Excellent problem-solving, communication and time management skills
Enthusiastic team player with a desire to learn and grow as a designer
Self-starter, driven to take ownership, improve processes and deliver results
Experience with eCommerce platforms, content management systems, HTML, CSS, Javascript or PHP is a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Enjoys Creative Thinking and Brainstorming
Social Media Savvy
