The GALA is a new co-working space specifically for Event Pros. Which means, not only do we plan, style and create the perfect events for others, we also throw our own events, pop-up shops, and workshops here at The GALA!
Would you like to help out with a major event production in the bay area called The GALAWEEN MASQUERADE BALL? It will be held at The Pleasant Hill Community Center on October 25th. A Lot of planning, coordination, and styling needs to take place way before the big day and we would need a few more helping hands.
If this is something you would be interested in and would love this opportunity especially to add to your resume, then reply back asap and lets schedule a time to meet and get you started on working behind the scenes with on a major event!
We are also looking for creative and outgoing students who have always thought about working in the event industry. This is your chance to go behind the scenes, work with multiple professionals, and attend and work some of the most exclusive events around the bay area! It is also a really rare opportunity for you. You will be able to learn from multiple vendors, in multiple categories within the event industry. You will be able to determine what field you would like to go into.
Our Vendors: Gussy Up Decor, The Chiavari Guys, Lifted Balloons, Glass Slipper Gourmet, Camille Goldston -Hair & Make Up, Justin Entertainment (DJ-ing and Audio effects), and Mazzei Method (teeth and spray tan mobile service)
Hands on help from all vendors within The GALA
Sit in meetings and take notes
Social Media Knowledge
Liaising with suppliers
Managing various event details
Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisors
