Team Trilogy of Compass Real Estate Atlanta is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing intern who excels in all things internet. We need someone who is interested in taking a deep dive into our digital efforts across all channels, to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness.

In return, you will gain valuable experience and training in the world of digital marketing for business and real estate. Plus, some valuable LinkedIn connects.

The right candidate should be interested in numbers, analytics, and social media. He / She should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have knowledge in social media analytics. Mostly we’re looking for someone with a go-getter attitude, who can turn to Google in times of need to find solutions.

Responsibilities
• Strong work ethic
• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
• Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
• Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Team to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new real estate listings and services offerings
• Facilitate communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats)
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Qualifications / Required Skills:
• Digital marketing experience
• Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Excel to analyze data and create reports
• Experience with AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms is a plus
• Experience using InDesign, Publisher, Canva or other design software is a plus
• Close to achieving a BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

• Minimum 2 days per week commitment required through summer (May 15 – July 31)
