POSITION SUMMARY

The intern will support administrative and client work including scheduling internal and external meetings, drafting briefings and documents, and social media channels.

The intern will be a part of a remote team and will report to the senior leadership team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

•Manage and maintain external and internal schedule – prioritize and process appointments, prepare briefings, travel schedules and arrange transportation and travel;
•Facilitate scheduling and communications with potential and existing clients.
•Plan & execute meetings including securing venue, meeting materials, speakers, catering, entertainment & transportation;
•Plan conference calls and meetings for clients; prepare materials and others items as requested;
•Maintain a records management system, including data entry;
•Prepare and process monthly expense reports for clients, review others that need executive approval;
•Assist in the development and tracking of correspondence as directed.
•Manage content strategy and execution across all social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social forums as necessary;
•Proactively engage with our social community with the goal to increase overall customer interaction and social growth for our brand;
•Be attentive and respond to clients and be cognizant of industry trends, news, and technologies.
