Administrative Assistant

Will TRAIN in quickbooks!!;
HVAC Service Company looking for Motivated, Energetic individual to Manage our office.
Job duties include:
Office tasks like entering data and answering phones. Handling Orders and correspondence with customers as well as other basic administrative duties.
Ideally 2- 3 days of the week total of 15-25 hours a week depending on capability.

Marketing and Sales can be extra:
Reviewing Old customers and reaching out to them.
Getting Appointments with new and old customers by calling them or email. (option for Commission on these sales)Constant Contact.
