ROLE SUMMARY

Have a passion for teaching and working with kids and love to swim? Join our awesome swim family! The Swim Coach position at Swimming Simply is the most important and demanding role within the company. A highly valued and continually evolving role, Swim Coaches are the backbone of Swimming Simply. This Swim Coach position is specifically for coaching our new swim camps. Swim Camps are for 6-13 year olds who have some swimming ability. The Swim Coach will be responsible for managing a lane of swimmers, as well as attending to the safety of participants at all times.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We believe that everyone can swim.
Swimming Simply was started by a passionate swimmer and mother in the Denver area who noticed a gap in swim offerings. While there were plenty of opportunities in her area for young children to learn to swim and a few very competitive swim teams for school-age children there was very little offered for kids who can swim but need support with stroke development and an opportunity to learn to love the water. In addition, there was next to nothing available for adults learning to swim or looking for year round swim exercise programs. Swimming Simply was born to help fill these gaps and offer programming for children and adults who were ready to take their swimming abilities to the next level.
At Swimming Simply, we focus on the fundamentals, regardless of the level of swimmer. We ensure that you will be able to swim for life, and we nurture a true love for the sport. We train our coaches well and they are excellent role models and instructors.

Swimming Simply employees know what it means to be a vital part of a team, want to grow, and like to have fun at work. We value having divergent thinkers who bring various experiences and viewpoints to the table at Swimming Simply. We strongly encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply.
