Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales & Marketing Representative.. Responsibilities
-Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
-Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
-Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
-Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
-People-oriented
-Ability to multi-task
-Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
-Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
-Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am - 5pm (Closed Thursday)

Full-Time Team Members will receive:
-Hourly pay starting $14-$16 per hour, plus monthly sales commission
