Pacific Homecare seeks a full-time Staffing Manager responsible for identifying staffing needs and recruiting Agency Care providers according to the needs, demands, and urgency of our Home Care department. This position actively recruits individuals to care for our senior clients.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Pre-screen, prepare, and interview job candidates for the Agency Care Provider position
- Attend recruiting and networking events in the community
- Build community partnerships and working relationships to aid as a referral source for our recruiting needs
- Meet hiring goals by interviewing talented and qualified candidates
- Complete reference checks and/or employment verifications
- Provide Live scan form and conduct Fingerprint for new providers

Education and Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the management of a human services delivery system; or
- 3 years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a management or supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to provide staff recruiting, training, supervision, and planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in the home care industry is preferred but not mandatory
Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory
