RSVP Catering is seeking a Staffing Manager to create, organizes and prepare work schedules for contractors to ensure the appropriate amount of staff is available for each event. This involves working with our available contractors, as well as external sources such as temporary staffing agencies. Recruit, interview and orientate staff prior to placement. This position will create and maintain daily staff reports. Reports inconsistencies, job vacancies and scheduling concerns to the Director to address. Verifying and reporting hours to accounting routinely to ensure hours are paid correctly and distributes payments bi-weekly. Training of staff, explaining the requirements of position and hours.
