Speech Therapist
THE LEARNING FOUNTAIN in San Ramon is HIRING! We are a group of registered and licensed Occupational and Speech Therapists specializing in pediatrics. The members of our staff have an average of 16 years of experience. The Learning Fountain provides children, ages 0 to 18 years, with integrative treatments by applying proven contemporary Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy intervention techniques.
We empower parents and caregivers in developing their child's full potential by training them on best practices for early intervention.
The Speech Language Pathologist:
Provides assessments in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 18
Provide speech and language therapy for children with fluency, articulation, expressive and receptive language delays and more
Comple biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools
Provide parent education regarding speech improvement strategies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Feeding Specialists
Utilize effective and professional communication skills
Other related duties as assigned
Complete Progress Reports and Daily Notes

Flexible schedule and competitive wages $75,000-$150,000
Full time benefits include 401K, CE funds and more.
Minumum 1 year pediatric experience.
Early intervention and feeding therapy experience a plus!
California state license required.
