Our Brokerage Sales Department is looking to add a Sales Marketer to work in our Richardson offices. This is an entry level position with a base salary plus bonus/commission, average annual salary can be expected to be in the $40-60,000 range within the first year of employment.
Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Identify, cultivate and close sales with prospective clients
Introduce company services via calls
Conduct research to pinpoint potential business opportunities
Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
Conduct recruit calls with prospective agents to assess their needs and discuss services
Provide direct client delivery management and account relationship management.
Source and recruit new pool of talent for business growth
Training and development of sales reps
Requirements of Position:
Source, attract, interview and select quality individuals to join the company
Explain company products and services
Use and keep contact records up to date in our CRM tool.
Meet and exceed monthly quotas
Provide field training/joint field work with agency team
Initiate and run sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales agents
1 year of B2B sales experience
Experience in building and leading a team of sales agents
Recruiting experience-new clients
Ability to prospect/contact new businesses
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable with heavy phone communications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
