We're looking for a creative, bright and energetic retail-oriented sales associate who loves working with people and can help customers create something fresh and new in their homes with our unique and non-traditional furniture and home decor. Great opportunity for the right person.
Our goal is to provide outstanding reception and customer service to everyone who walks through the door. As a rapidly growing small business, we pride ourselves in providing a high-level of individualized customer care for both our wholesale and retail customers. There is a significant opportunity for growth for an associate who has the sales and customer service skills to complement our dynamic and attentive style.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests upon arriving in our retail showroom and learning their motivation for their visit, without being pushy.
* Getting to know them and developing long-term relationships
* Presenting and discussing various home furnishing product options based upon your discovery of the prospective clients' lifestyle, needs and goals - being able to tell the story behind many of the items we sell
* Assisting customers in purchasing, arranging delivery and their ultimate satisfaction
* Learning about our ever-changing range of products, sales techniques, and promotions
* Assist with merchandising and stocking the showroom.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Must be able to work weekends
* Positive attitude
* Work independently as well as part of a team
* Basic computer skills, Excel, Word QBPOS experience helpful
* Social media savvy
* Strong follow up and follow through
* Good communication skills and a people person
* Willingness to learn, coachable
* Listen and assess customer needs
* Dependability & integrity a must
