Job brief
True Spin Dental/Premium Handpiece Parts is a dental handpiece repair and dental handpiece parts supplier located at Western & Lawrence in Lincoln Square. We are looking for a qualified sales administrator to join our team and help us achieve our aggressive sales goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with questions about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and the fulfillment team.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, incredibly organized, and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

•Organized and able to process orders via email, phone or text
•Detail oriented in checking data accuracy on orders and invoices and correcting orders if there is a problem or discrepancy
•Excellent communication and customer service skills when talking to current or potential new customers
•Ability to collaborate with the fulfillment department to ensure timely deliveries of orders
•Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records
•Willingness to convey key feedback from customers internally
•Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets, investigating any deviations
•Commitment to staying informed regarding new products, features, and services

•Proven work experience in a sales administrator or sales support agent role
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team
•Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
•Hands on experience with any CRM software and/or Microsoft Office – specifically Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus
•Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
