The CSR will manage and grow a book of accounts. Must be able to rate with major carriers. (Initial training will be available)
The CSR helps customers with Insurance quoting, binding, making coverage changes and informing and educating clients about policy. Must be familiar with Insurance company guidelines, and knowledgeable in personal and commercial lines coverage’s and also must maintain a good rapport with clients and company underwriters.
The CSR assists producers in soliciting new business and developing existing accounts.
Maintain and manage a book of business and a strong contact base.
Assumes the responsibility for initiating and developing new clients that meet the ideal client profile.
Understand coverage’s relevant to risk and provide solutions that address the needs and wants of the client.
Maintain successful communication with both customer and company.
Prior Insurance Experience Preferred
AMS360 Experience Preferred
Strategic Thinker and Results Focused
Broker License would be a plus.
The ideal candidate should have 2 or more years of customer service and administrative experience
Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
