Store Assistant

We are a growing Ballroom/Latin Dance Wear company located in Walnut. We have a retail shop with multiple online stores and our expanding our products. We are looking to find someone to join our close-knit team to help manage the back end of our online stores as well as help in our shop. This is a full-time position. Must have knowledge of web design/management, social media platforms, retail, customer service. We always welcome your creative ideas and knowledge to the table.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Online-
- update inventory/pics/upcoming events or sales to online store
- keep website up to date and creative.
- work on social media platforms e.g.; Facebook, Instagram, twitter. Post pictures of products or upcoming events
- interaction with customers, through email, phone and in person

In Store
- help with inventory/stocking
- packing and shipping products
- customer service/sales
- help at trade shows occasionally (possible travel)
- misc. tasks as needed
