Inside Sales Representative

Job brief:
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives and must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand the software application being offered to prospects and customers
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and work with the client through the closing process
Achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources


Requirements & Qualifications

Proven inside sales experience 3 years or more
Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to work independently
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Eager to grow with the company with new sales, clients, and territories
