We are looking for a Masters level clinician to join our Flex team. Flex provides services to families enrolled with Department of Mental Health in the Quincy and Plymouth area offices. Flex clinicians enjoy the opportunity to work with both youth and families in their home environment and local community. Flex services youth with varying mental health diagnoses from the ages of 5-22 years old. As a clinician on the flex team you will have the opportunity to work with a small supportive team and the opportunity to collaborate with community providers. Flex team strives to support youth and families through a strength-based, wraparound process to achieve their goals.


What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...

Engage in comprehensive and ongoing assessment
Co-create a Community Service Plan with youth and family
Review Community Service Plan at a minimum quarterly basis
Implement home-based individual and family therapy interventions that are based on best or promising practices
Provide ongoing safety assessment and planning
On Call Crisis Support
Ensure all clients receive quality service in compliance with all funding sources, agency and licensing standards
Facilitate client referral, admission process, and make appropriate referrals
Maintain policies and procedures for client care that are consistent with agency standards and funding source regulations Maintain client files and records in accordance with agency formats and timetables, including but not limited to: goal-oriented assessments, PSTP’s, reports, logs, statistics, billing forms, incident reports, 51 A’s, etc
Transport Clients to meetings
Maintain personnel record in accordance with agency format and timetables to include: time sheets, mileage logs, daily work schedules, etc.
Provide clinical support to youth with a range of mental health diagnoses
Get trained in clinical evidence based models

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials


Master’s degree in Human Services field, license eligible (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT etc).

Ability to work flexible schedule that includes some opportunities to work remote.

Flexibility in afternoon and evening hours

Reliable car and willingness to drive to towns in south shore.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with youth who have experienced serious emotional disturbance or other mental and emotional challenges to well-being

Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance

Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
