Epoch Estate Wines is seeking an extraordinary individual to join our sales team on a full-time basis as our Entourage Relations Support.
Epoch produces ultra-premium wines from Rhône, Tempranillo and Zinfandel varieties grown on our estate vineyards on the west-side of Paso Robles. We are dedicated to making wines that are truly fun, and most importantly, delicious expressions of the fascinating soils form which they hail. And for our members and Tasting Room guests, we strive to make the experience of pouring these wines into the glass one that guests will never forget.
Entourage Relations Support (ERS) is a unique role at Epoch in that this person would work-with all Direct-to-Consumer sales channels, mainly assisting with the allocation releases but also interacting with guests on the floor in the tasting room. This position really bridges the online and in-person touch points for our Entourage members. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, as this position involves frequent work in our member database and online store, but also thrives in social settings, since member interaction is crucial to this role. ERS would report daily to our Allocation Manager or Tasting Room Manager but would also work closely with our Event Coordinator (for pick up parties and member events), Sales & Marketing Manager, and Vice President of Sales.

Full-time position to include Saturdays as well as some holidays and events. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
