Busy local roaming food truck, seeking cooks / cashiers for upcoming food truck season. Training provided for qualified candidates. Duties include cooking batches of seasoned meats on flat top griddle, prepping cut vegetables and salsa, food item assembly (preparing the menu items to order) and general cleaning and stocking for the next shift. We do catering, festivals, local business vending and street parties, as well as the Downtown Farmer�s Market on Saturday mornings. Shifts and hours will vary. The positions will pay a base wage up to $14 an hour, plus staff split tips which brings pay up to a minimum of $20 and occasionally up to $25 an hour. Average of 30 hours a week depending on bookings. We also travel up to the Sturgis motorcycle rally from August 2nd to the 14th. Seeking 3 to 4 team members for the season.
