Client Sales/Business Development

Locums, Inc. is seeking a Business Development marketer for client sales in the healthcare physician recruiting arena, in order to expand our services throughout those states we are currently staffing physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Candidate will qualify and source clients seeking providers to fill temporary staffing requirements. Applicants must be local to the Suwanee/Sugar Hill, GA area (Gwinnett County).

The ideal candidate must have two or more years successful experience in new business development, self driven and motivated by achievement, personal and company growth.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Enjoy engaging potential and previous clients on the telephone for new and repeat business

Resourceful in searching and locating new business prospects

Proficient in follow up and completing the sales cycle

Organized, detailed and skilled in time management

High energy, goal driven and motivated to achieve daily/weekly/monthly/annual expectations

Relatable and friendly with all levels of current and prospective clients

Previous experience with cold calling and phone sales a must

Salary plus incentive bonus structure.
