Client Relationship Manager

Who we are:
123JUNK is the DC Area's fastest-growing junk removal service. Since opening our doors in 2008, we've averaged over 40% growth each year. We are currently expanding our footprint and operations in Northern VA, Maryland, and Washington DC and are looking to bring on Salesforce Talent to ensure that our “people first” culture is not only supported but thriving!

We need to expand our Client Relationship team in order to keep up with our aggressive growth! We're searching for full-time candidates to help us keep everybody's junk out of the landfill!

What to expect:
Actively pursue new clients through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques
Solicit business from new and existing clients
Establish and maintain rapport with our valued clients
Attend networking functions, trade shows and maintains a weekly schedule of 1:1 appointment with industry partners
Compose accurate and timely on-site service estimates
Draft proposals and maintain thorough records of appointment transactions
Draft and submit reports, including but not limited to expense reports, mileage logs, and sales progress reports

What you need to bring to the table!
Enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service!
Outside sales experience
Proven track record
Public speaking and cold calling experience preferred
Responsible individuals capable of setting their own schedule and honoring their commitments
BA/BS Degree with a background in Business Marketing, Management, Environmental Studies, or related fields are ideal
