Generally responsible for the overall professional operational management of the BenchSpace. Ensure that all members are adequately cared for and their reasonable needs met. Answer incoming phone calls and receive mail and packages for members. Keep the space clean, organized and ensure rules and regulations are properly adhered to. Professionally onboard new members. Show and market available space for new prospects. Maintain presence on social media platforms. Monitor and report member usage of conference rooms and additional fee charges when applicable. Coordinate monthly receipt of member fees thru Cozy or other means. Applicants should submit a current resume containing verifiable references.
