Business Development Representative

LeaseAccelerator is looking for a Business Development Representative that will act as part of our Sales and Marketing team hunting new business. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day and successfully advance through a structured training program. We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with a strong desire for a software sales career and looking to work and learn from the ground up. As a Business Development Representative you will:

• Build a robust pipeline to fuel our growth
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence

• Have some college experience
• Have long-term interest in software sales

Minimum Qualifications
• Entry Level Role
• Some demonstrated experience doing some type of selling is a plus (ex: door-to-door sales, waiter/waitress, college fraternity or sorority, working pledge drives)
• Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Tenacious
